About Kevin Ginsberg

Mr. Ginsberg is a partner with Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group, P.A. He has been licensed to practice law since 2000, the same year he received his Juris Doctor from UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a 1994 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill where he received a bachelor of science in business administration. After clerking for the Honorable Justice Patricia Timmons-Goodson when she was a Judge for the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Mr. Ginsberg began practicing personal injury law for Lanier Law Group where he was the senior litigation attorney for 12 years. In 2015 he partnered up with Mike Kornbluth and they have a strong practice together working for injured people and people with employment claims against their employers.

Community Involvement

In addition to practicing law, Kevin was a 2011-2013 Friday Fellow and serves on the Board of Directors for the William C. Friday Fellowship for Human Relations as vice chair and incoming Chairman of the Board. He is also the current chair of the Durham Grievance Committee, a local bar committee that advises the state bar on grievances against lawyers. He is a frequent personal narrative storyteller with The Monti and a writer and performer for The Murphey School Radio Show. He lives in southwest Durham with his wife, Andrea, the owner of Durham’s gourmet popcorn shop, The Mad Popper, and their two school-age children.
