Client injured in a head-on collision caused by a drunk driver and resulted in a left leg fractures which required surgery. Client had a second surgery one year later to remove the screws placed in the prior surgery.
Settlement achieved on the eve of trial for a nurse who was injured after being cut by a callous razor shaver during a pedicure at a nail salon. The client’s injury required surgery y after the cut became infected. The insurance company did not respond to demand for settlement and suit was field. Mediation was not successful, and after a pretrial motion that ended in Plaintiff’s favor, our client received a favorable settlement of more than twice what was previously offered by Defendants.
