Workers Compensation

Settlement achieved for a Construction Mechanic who sustained back and arm injuries.  After filing the claim, Mr. Mackay and Ms. Beltran Ortiz obtained authorization of medical treatment and initiation of weekly check (TTD) benefits.  The settlement achieved at mediation included compensation for additional benefits, including underpayment of the weekly checks by the Insurance Company and compensation for additional medical expenses
