Settlement achieved for a Technician who sustained back and arm injuries.  After filing the claim, Mr. Mackay obtained authorization of authorization from the Insurance Company for  medical treatment, including a second opinion evaluation for the Technician, and weekly (TTD) checks for the Technician prior to settlement being achieved at mediation
