Joseph Gerber

Joseph Gerber is a personal injury attorney with Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group, P.A.

Mr. Gerber received his Juris Doctor with Honors in 2021 from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a Deans’ Scholarship recipient. While at UNC Law, Mr. Gerber interned with a federal magistrate judge, wrote for the North Carolina Journal of International Law, and received the Gressman & Pollitt Award for exemplary oral advocacy. During law school, Mr. Gerber contributed more than 100 hours of pro bono service and participated in the UNC Civil Legal Assistance Clinic.

Prior to law school, Mr. Gerber worked internationally and domestically in both the nonprofit and for-profit sector. In those positions, he has had the opportunity to learn from a wide variety of individuals. Mr. Gerber graduated magna cum laude in 2014 from the University of Georgia, with a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and a minor in French.

Joseph lives with his wife and daughter in Durham, North Carolina. In his free time, Joseph enjoys music, history (especially WWII history), and chess.
